  • I am shocked... I thought I am eating healthy snacks by buying baby carrots... looking the details: one pack of baby carrot contains 20gram ch. It is almost half of the ch of a full bag of popcorn and a popcorn would last longer for sure. What? I am starting to think anything I eat is not good 😭

I've lost 101 pounds and have never eaten less than 100grams of carbs a day, usually much more. I count calories and make better food choices. Any diet that says a real, whole, unprocessed food is bad is a diet you should stay far away from in my opinion. For me this is a journey to health, and whole unprocessed foods will always be healthy. No one ever got fat eating carrots, bacon cheeseburgers however...
