more than once I chose tea after dinner instead of sweets!

there were a few days where my step count was still pretty low, and I could use some more variety in my meals.

I need way more steps daily. Other than my daily workout I barely move from my desk all day since I started working from home. Need to drink more water, less booze & sugar. Want to work on my sleep schedule too!
