Thanks Natalie for all the great feedback and recognition. I posted a quick update I believe last Thursday with my 1 1/2 hr workout. I weighed myself after the workout and I was 158.2. Now I've been working out regularly and eating healthy. It appears I cant get beyond 158.6. I consume my calories as needed. What are some suggestions in order for me lose my 2.7lbs in 10days.
