i really knocked it out of the park this week i resisted things that were bad and even made better choices!

I feel like I could've done better this week by not getting coffee almost every day

Non-scale victory of the week!

Though I took the girls to get ice cream i got myself only a kiddie scoop to taste it not to eat the whole thing I was pretty proud of that.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am sure i can do better with drinking more water while I am at work or home I barely drink anything.

i resisted many many temptations as my friends drank pop around me and my husband always brings home or wants fast food which is easy to give in to but I resisted and told him we were on a diet.

I fee like the little sips of things I shouldnt of had I shouldnt of even tried.
