I've decided to hold off on my jogging for another month at least, and do cycling instead. I'm hoping it will allow me to build leg strength while burning more calories than walking.

I broke through 13,000 steps for the first time, it was intense.

On my off day I decided to eat a big greasy cheese burger, which definitely was not worth it.
