Non-scale victory of the week!

resisted soda all week, resisted added sugar dessert type food on Wed & Thurs, walked for 15 mins yesterday and walked for around 15 mins the other day and walked for 14 mins so far today

walked more often, GOT MORE SLEEP, DRANK MORE WATER

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have fasted every day for 9 days. At first, my weight was decreasing a teeny bit every day, and I got below 200 lbs one day. But since then, I've gained and am over 200 lbs once again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Tried to get more steps in each day and drank more water. I almost never hit my water goal,
