Non-scale victory of the week!

making better meal choices

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Work really kicked my butt this week so I was only able to workout 1 day. My energy was zapped which made sense when I started my period on Friday. I never got around to meal prepping so long story short: I should've worked out more and eaten better.
