first Christmas ever where I didn’t go overboard on food or drink! And straight back to it when St Steven’s day had passed and our guests had gone! quite proud of that

could have gotten better hydration and more exercise over Christmas but I was so busy

I’m doing the right things with food and sleep but somehow my weight isn’t going down the way it feels like it should. Being on an antibiotic and not exercising at all are potentially the issues but it still feels disheartening! I’m hoping my next 4 weeks are successful and I’m genuinely going to be giving it my all

Getting myself out for a run when I wasn’t feeling motivated - that was an achievement

I think weekend drinks and poor choices hold me back
