Non-scale victory of the week!

Getting myself out for a run when I wasn’t feeling motivated - that was an achievement

I think weekend drinks and poor choices hold me back

I aim to exercise every day consistently, and stick to OMAD - no midday nibbles, and also I aim to be very controlled with the wine at dinner on Friday
