Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't make any victories this past week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've been really depressed and overeating has been a struggle because of it. I need to eat healthy and I need to reduce portions and reduce snacking.

Aim for 10k steps every day since I didn't succeed last time. Stick to my calorie goal and resist the urge to confort eat. Life weights 3 days this week.
