a much better week, didn’t reach for chocolate. activity avoided cake from bakers

Back on track after a tricky week at work

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

tried to walk more - the food I got right, I took in tasty interesting foods to work for long shifts so I didn’t binge on chocolate!

went for a lovely 60 min walk

reached weight on another DietBet, went crazy, ate chocolate, muffins, bread (so much bread!) put on immediately 3lbs

really pleased with the weigh-in as I’ve really tried this week. walked extra, exercise extra, had a stinking cold! And my weight got ‘stuck’ for most of the week!

Breathe and try to enjoy the process more rather than panic about weight ‘sticking’

been a really tough week of the scale ‘sticking’ for a week and not panicking as the weigh in day is getting closer. By being so focused I’ve got the needle to start moving down again.I’ve refused birthday cake/fast food etc and focused on proteins and veg

Good solid food choices and went and did my volunteer job even though I was tired from the week Teaching. and enjoyed it!!

it was my birthday this week, family had Chinese and cake, I ate carefully. tiny slice of cake, and lots of additional veggies/prawns with a tablespoon of rice

on one day I ran out of fruit - I have found keeping fruit in the house is important

this week has been nice and steady - trying not to be to extreme. I know this get boring for me, but could have pushed exercise a bit more
