I can now tap into intermittent fasting succesfully to counter act any slips. It feels healthy and I am happy my telimeres are being protected.

Resist the temptation of fried foods. Reduce it to once or twice a week.

pants are fitting great!! i am so mu h stronger now. the weights i am lifting each arm is 25 lbs, so i can carry both my children Marion is 30 lbs and Patrick 20... hahaha.

Doing meal prep! Yay for boiling eggs and setting chia seed pudding, ready to go! Also resisting to splurge and get of the keto way at a birthday celebration at Red Lobster's it was hard.
