finding a low calorie snack in pop corn, not the bagged stuff, and a little popcorn seasoning for that salty craving I sometimes get. Also, prepping fruit & veg for 2 days at a time gives me nutrituous, low-cal food ready for when i want it.

Kept from bingeing on old favorites (chips & dip, triscuits & cheese).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week was full of cravings. Felt like inwas falling behind some. I kept going and although has some crappy food, stayed pretty true to my goals
