Non-scale victory of the week!
I've been working hard over the last year to get to this point. I've worked hard to eliminate foods that wreak havoc on my digestive system and have been working out on a regular basis. I can now fit comfortably in my clothes
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Last week I barely worked out. I felt I needed a rest week or two. I think if I find ways to incorporate rest into my workout schedule, I'd be less likely to avoid working out.

My goal is to eliminate added sugars and eat Whole30 compliant 90% of the week.
