    Wherever you are, you should so proud. I always believe that those who set goals always come out ahead than those who don’t, regardless or not if you “win” them.   • Hit my pre-pregnant weight today at just under 4 months postpartum! I’m so excited! I never got to my pre-pregnant weight with my first. Thanks you Ilana for the tools and motivation!

    Now here is to 2lbs at a time towards pre-pregnant weight from my first baby!

  • My NSV today...

    I went to bed too late last night so I've been tired. When I'm tired I crave junk food badly. After working all day, I so wanted to cave and just swing through the drive thru on my way home. One meal won't kill me, right? That's what I've always told myself anyway.

    But then I saw Ilana's post today. And I realized that telling myself that countless times in the past is partially why I'm where I'm at today. So I made myself drive home and instead threw together a quick but delicious meal... Precooked chicken breast with uncured bacon and melted cheese over romaine and garlic butter green beans. I know my body will appreciate it so much better!

  • Snap peas and a dip that is only 50 calories for 2 TBSP (my portion is closer to 2.5 though I wanted to track it as 2). And of course, water! Limoncello is my FAVORITE seltzer flavor!

  • I have not reached goal weight yet. I am DETERMINED to have a weight loss weekend. But there's a cookie party tonight at church. So here's my plan: eat an early supper, have my water with me, and some 2b Mindset cookie dough. I told my hubby this plan and he's going to help me. My goal is to eat not. One. Bite. Of. Cookie. Because I love them too much to be able to stop. What do you think?
