Good morning everyone! today is my 4th day with covid in isolation...I had a rough
night and heard my kiddos crying 😢. I have 4 children all under 5yrs old...my youngest one is 18month...I am in need of some encouragement...not necessarily with my food intake but more to lift my spirit sort of speak...blessings to everyone!

So anyone else?! When I go over my water goal, like 20-25oz I feel so proud of myself, but everytime the next morning the scale is up 1/2 to whole pound! Very frustrating because everything is "more water more weight loss"!! My water goal is only 50% of my weight.
