I'm so excited right now! The scale was down another pound this morning! Two Huge wins for me...1, I landed in a new decade and 2, I am past the halfway mark to my ultimate goal! I still have 1.6 pounds to go for this bet but wether I make it or not I am doing this!!!

I just watched the replay and I want to say thank you I heard things I needed to hear! I'm going to apply the 3 -3 bottles of water, 3 veggies by 3pm and dinner and done. I've lost over 80lbs but I've been stuck, my goal is 65 more. I know it's a head game but I see I'm doing all the things you talked about (that are unproductive). When I was in melting mode, I could not be tempted but I have relaxed, basically, there some easy temptations for me. I have been stuck for like 5 months and I'm unhappy about it. I'm going to think positively, get out my tracker, remember what works for me and go for it!! Thanks for these calls, I work so I can only join live in my heart but I so enjoy them later, thanks for all your hard work and dedication, I appreciate you! :heart: (I'm also concerned about muscle loss :)

    You are almost there! I know there have been ups, and downs, good days bad days! Big wins, small wins, but the way you should look at this is- it's all growth- and when you grow your learn. I have learned so much from you, and hopefully you have learned so much about yourselves from this past bet. Use those insights to propel you forward toward an on going healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Lots of water, finish eating dinner earlier, get good sleep, maybe need a good rest day? If you're doing a lot of intense exercise your body will retain water.

  • I’m going to use this last week of diet bet to stay on track to reach my goals with you all. I bought a ton of salad stuff and chicken/salmon/veggies at Costco and I’m ready to stay focused on my goal. I was happy to have a weight loss weekend (3 dats in a row for the first time in ages!), thanks to Ilana’s (conference call) inspiration as the great role model she is-thx Ilana! I am actually going to follow it more closely and make sure to get fiber protein and especially veggies/protein in the early evening before 6. If you guys can do it so can I! I just had my chicken salad for the evening. I even took it up a notch and am doing Paul McKenna’s hypnotherapy for weight loss-game changer! Now it’s fine for a walk with my pup! We got this! Let’s keep posting our meals that promote weight loss!
