Need to buy a new slip because my old one has to be safety pinned! My skirt I wore yesterday used to be too tight to wear and now it keep falling down!

Well I resisted cake on my birthday but on Mother’s Day I had cake and ice cream!! Was still able to buy a new xs workout shirt for Mother’s Day though!

Have had to get rid of several pairs of pants because they just slip right over my hips!!!

Two people told me on Sunday they loved the definition in my arms! One girl said I should be careful about flexing when I sing, else I might make the guys jealous of my muscles!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to hike down in the creek with no problems! Felt very strong!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercised a couple more days, but my shoulder was hurting so didn’t want to hurt it more.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Well have stuck with the Daniel Fast for one week. No coffee, no sweetners, no dairy or meat! It hasn’t been easy but I’m feeling pretty good! Just can’t figure out why I didn’t lose a ton of weight!

Lost weight!!

Lose weight! Drink at least 75oz of water, get 8 hrs sleep, exercise 6 days a week, spend more time in Bible reading and prayer.

I spoke about a ladies meeting and someone asked if I was still losing weight just by cutting out sugar!! :)

Made more time for exercise in the afternoon when I couldn’t get it done in the morning.

Went zip lining and did a challenge ropes course! Could tell my working out helped me make it through more easily; Did a super strong workout yesterday!

Had unexpected company stop in and stay for a week so didn’t achieve my goals for this week. Hoping to get back on routine now that they’ve left but my sons birthday party is today! I will resist cheesecake!!
