I just got back from the airport about 20 minutes ago after flying home from a two week trip where I had no access to a scale at all. I knew for sure that I was not going to make this round of the diet but, but to my surprise I blew past my goal for this round by 1.5 pounds! And that’s at the end of the day after flying for six hours. This really proves to me that it actually is a lifestyle change and not just some thing that’s temporary.

Anyone else gain weight when going to the gym? I’m sure it’s just muscle but it’s always a let down 😅
Swapped my weights and cardio so I do the cardio last now, but hopefully I start going down instead of up 😳😬

Keep at it… don’t get frustrated. Focus on inches instead of the number on the scale. Yes I know this game is based on lbs but….it will all work out.

  • Looking for a low calorie breakfast that takes no time to put together in the morning?

    Chocolate chia seed pudding made with almond milk and hard boiled egg, made the night before. In the morning I add a half tablespoon of PB and sliced half a banana to the puffing. I sprinkle a little everything bagel seasoning on the egg. And I’m good to go. It’s salty and sweet, energizing, low calorie and (most days) keeps me full until my shift is done 4.5 hours later.

    I usually carry an apple in my work bag in case I do get hungry on my break but often I can last through the shift. 😊
