Im there and my high oscillating weight is my target one….my low one is 2 pounds less. Much better than at weight in time when my low was my target, I am also now at a 24.1 BMI and about to break the 140 pound barrier. I think I will get this but more than winning this I have won a healthy body!

  • We're just days away from the end of Round 5!

    This is a very important weigh-in and everyone MUST weigh in to continue on in this game!

    The goal for Round 5 is 10% of your starting weight, but even if you're not a winner, you MUST submit your weight and photos proving you lost at least 6% in order to be eligible for Round 6 and the Grand Prize.

    If you fail to submit a verified weigh-in showing the 6% weight loss, you will be disqualified. This is to prevent unhealthy sprints to the finish in the final round.

    Finished this 30 day iron series with Caroline Girvan this morning and am feeling strong AF. It’s free on YouTube so if you’re looking for a 30 minute weight resistance program to try this one is amazing and free! Now, lemmie brag about these guns real quick.

I love all the positive energy in this game-even when people are low are going thru a tough spot. And the positivity oozes into my own mindset: if I catch myself in negative self-talk, I’m able to reverse it, when I was dreading the back surgery and recovery I’d remind myself of all the challenges you all experience and your resilience and persistence. I’m so grateful.

  • I have never run a mile in “single digit” minutes. This morning I didn’t do just one single digit minute mile. I did 2.81 miles today with a sub-10min pace. SAY WHAT?!

I’ve been doing a partial juice fast. Have lost rounds 2-4, and was not making much progress. I got serious and did a juice fast with 1-2 small meals or snacks a day, and am back on track to make my final goal.

Trying to eat veggies veggies veggies! Getting veggies in at breakfast is a huge help and lots of cucumbers for snacks!

I hit a plateau the week before our last round weigh in I haven't dropped a pound since. I'm sure most of the stress related. So thankful that as of Monday, my sissy and mother have a full-time care provider between the two of them, freeing me up to work with MILly. Plateaus totally throw me off the cliff. I'm trying to get back in the game. I am hitting my 10,000 steps goal, so I'm hoping that is going to be reset for me. Plateaus are my danger zone.
