Non-scale victory of the week!
I have been completely exhausted this week, but I made myself workout. per usual, I felt better after! Also, I haven't touched one scrap of the 27 bags of Halloween candy that my husband bought!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I struggle with meals toward the end of the week. I shop on Friday's so we're not tempted to get takeout all weekend, but by Thursday I've had it with cooking!

Stay on track! This has shown me that patience will pay off. I reached my goal, but holding my cell phone in my picture added 6 ounces, so I am going to work extra to lose my cell phone with too
