Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been completely exhausted this week, but I made myself workout. per usual, I felt better after! Also, I haven't touched one scrap of the 27 bags of Halloween candy that my husband bought!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I struggle with meals toward the end of the week. I shop on Friday's so we're not tempted to get takeout all weekend, but by Thursday I've had it with cooking!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Stay on track! This has shown me that patience will pay off. I reached my goal, but holding my cell phone in my picture added 6 ounces, so I am going to work extra to lose my cell phone with too

Non-scale victory of the week!

My non scale victory was not not gaining pounds during that dreaded time of the month!! I didn't cabe and get into the 20 bags of Halloween candy my husband bought. They are all still sitting, UNOPENED in the cupboard!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to drink more water during the weekend. Weekdays, I am consuming at least a gallon per day. Saturdays and Sundays I only get in about a 1/2 gallon.

Keep on track with my macros and really zone in on my protein and amp up workouts!
