Non-scale victory of the week!

4th week in a row, in the month of DECEMBER (birthdays and Christmas breaks), that I still had some type of progress!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

prepared my weekly menu so I there was less temptations, more water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I DID hit my 10k goal step at least 4/5 days last week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

No discipline w kids out of school, I slacked on water and substituted diet coke for some reason ? which led me to buy/eat more sweets

Buy motivating water bottle, the water make a huge difference in my decisions I noticed ! .. WRITE A WEEKLY MENU, hit 10k step goal 4x this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Size 14 jeans had a LITTLE bit of extra room,I noticed after drinking a lot more water my sweet cravings were not nearly as bad. Drank maybe two sodas this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

more cooked food, eating no later than 7.. really would like it to be no later than 6 through the week.
