Okay guys I just submitted my progress weigh in and I made it this month!!! But just barely.
My goal this week was to go to the guy every morning before work ( weird work week so it was just every morning) and I loved doing it. It really helped me wake up and be able to focus throughout the day.
This week I need to focus back on my diet to help my with this next 3% of my body weight. I think my goal will be meal planning and Sticking to it!
How is everyone else doing and what is your goal for next week?
