Non-scale victory of the week!

I have no victory. The only victory is that I recognize that I had no victory.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

my husband started a new job in a different city. I start a new job next week so I was off this week. I was able to maintain my steps for StepBet, but I did not take care of my diet. It isn’t that I didn’t eat well, it’s that I was eating by myself, and from the television, not really thinking about my portion control. I cannot wait to be back being conscious of what I’m doing. I almost didn’t submit my weight this week, but I wanted to remind myself that this is what happens when you don’t take care of yourself, and to be aware of what I can do when I look at my previous weeks weights
