This challenge I am not gonna loose , no matter what, I am not gonna loose..
Remember the willsmith line "I am not afraid to die on a treadmill" ..
Keep the same attitude , No matter what we shouldn't loose this challenge...
If required will starve for days , or not booze for 6 months straight , or not touch junk at all , or put huge steps every day , I have seen some using intermittent fasting...
What ever u feel like...
BUT YOU ARE NOT LOOSING THIS CHALLENGE . PERIOD
Go for all in...
If u don't eat for 2 days also , u wouldn't die...
I am not suggesting u this..
But guys don't take this challenge casually...
We have ignored our weight for enough period...
But its time..
For some self worth , for some confidence ,
We have to achieve this target before us..
Lets do this....
No matter what, we are doing this... ✊

Proper planning and adherence to a program is important. No one wants to lose the challenge and while you may have to sacrifice a little, going extreme to just meet it doesn't meet the overall objective which is to learn a livable lifestyle to control your weight for life.

Too much I’m afraid…maybe if I do a 72 hour fast….. very discouraged when I don’t hit the first round.

Get as close as you can!

Take the next week and only eat protein and green leafy veg, drink 2-4L of water and try to fast at least 16hrs. No sugar, no alcohol. Then on Thursday if you hadn’t made it, do a 24hr fast and weigh out on Friday.

You can do this!
