Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm finding it easier to "diet" now that I've been doing it for awhile.

I'm concerned with my low initial weigh in because I'm just dehydrated. I'm hoping to be able to get 4% off from that starting point. it's not impossible but it'll require more extreme restrictions.

Non-scale victory of the week!

we went on a road trip, when I would usually take the opportunity to pick out all my favorite crap snacks like cheetossssss and I didn't. I ate a few Pringles but mostly picked healthier snacks for the road, and selected small things to eat at fast food places, no fries or anything.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could've packed my own snacks for the road and to bring along but it would've been very unrealistic with no refrigeration and having to buy meals for the family.

I have 4 days of pilates scheduled and I'm planning to go strict diet water and sleep to go with it.

I did way better with groceries and food choices this week. whoa that sounds cliche. but I guess it's pretty simple. eat lighter, lose weight. got tons of sleep each night too.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I would like to hour that 64 ounce mark every day. been doing OK but would like to do great.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have a picky family and meals are difficult to make diet friendly. I also normally do frequent takeout to make things easier, which isn't good for weight loss.

I want to get at least 7 hours of sleep per night, drink a half gallon of water each day, and do pilates 3 times. I'd like to have a diet planned out so I don't have to log meals and calories.
