    I love me an easy, healthy, fast pita pizza https://amindfullmom.com/pita-pizza/ This site gives you a lot of good ideas, but most the time, I just throw whatever I have on hand onto a pizza and microwave it, haha. A simple one is taking pizza or marinara sauce, cheddar and/or mozzarella, and then pepperoni (I often use turkey pepperoni), and any veggies you have on hand (bell peppers, etc). Super easy, and it completely tricks my mind that I just had indulgent, high calorie pizza, even though I didn’t.

    *WORKOUT*

I reached out to my Dad and Sister. They both live on the other side of the country and my dad is getting older. I miss them so much and I know they miss me too. Thanks to covid it's not good for us to see each other right now. But the call helped a lot

  • Hi! I’m Crystal from ND:) I’m 41 and have 6 kids with my husband of 18 years. I decided to hop on Dietbet after really struggling with my weight these last 6 months. I’d love to lose 20 pounds by beginning of April when my husband and I take a trip to Mexico that I earned!
    I haven’t worked out in about 10 months due to a back injury that lead to my second back surgery. So my goal is to clean up my eating and start walking on the treadmill. Would love any advice on workouts to do to strengthen the core with recovering back injuries.

Ooooh! You earned a trip to Mexico!? That is soooo cool. I am so excited for you to go have some fun in the sun soon! I wonder if diastasis recti core exercises would be okay on your back (maybe check with your doctor) but I injured my back after I had my baby and when I was talking to my doctor he told me to do DR core workouts because they were gentle on the back and effective with my core.   • Hi my name is Rachelle said Rachel :) I have 3 kids and 1 fur baby! I love water aerobics, hiking and road cycling :) I love these challenges cause they help me stay on track because if I am being honest with myself without them I fall off track… I am hoping to eventually get to the point of where I can just maintain! My plan this time is to listen to my body more and ask what’s gonna be best for me, log my food stay in the 1300-1500 calories range and exercise 4-5 days a week

    A little bit about you/fun fact about you: I’m married and have 4 kids (8,5,3, 3months) A fun fact was the each one of those kids were born in a different state. Idaho, Mississippi, Texas, and Alaska.

    My weight loss plan for the month is: to count calories and lose all the weight I gained since the last DietBet ended! Haha

    What I hope to gain from this DietBet is: the motivation to stay on it! The first few months is the hardest for me to stay motivated. I’m super frugal so even thought I might want to fall off the wagon, I don’t want to lose my money!! Haha

I remember feeling absolutely amazing! Like a million bucks and life was wonderful! I want to feel that way again. It was actually not that many years ago.

About 10 years ago I decided to find out if I could ride my bike to work 100 times during the year. I don't remember what the final total was maybe 120 or so. I felt so healthy that year!
There's a serious sinking feeling knowing that I'm this much older.
There were challenges involved, rain, other commitments where it sure would have been convenient to get home sooner. I've seen this play out with this dietbet as well, time challenges, it gets dark so soon, and weather, it's been cold and rainy some days.
But I feel good.
