  • Hi, everybody! I’m totally shocked at the amount of support in this game. I feel good about meeting my goals.

    Name: Katie
    Location: I’m an American living in Brisbane, Australia
    Info about me: Married with three kids, with the youngest born this year. I gained 60 pounds of depression/baby weight several years ago, but I feel so much better now and I want my outside to match how I feel inside.
    Weightloss plan: Really listen to my hunger and fullness cues, and add in a ton more produce. It worked really well for me last game so I’m sticking with it.
    Triggers: Exhaustion. When the baby has a bad night, I usually have a bad day.
    Plan to tackle this trigger: Slowing down and thinking first throughout the day when I feel like reaching for sugar to keep me awake. And a little caffeine!
    Motivational quote: “Losing weight is hard. Being overweight is hard. Choose your hard.”
    Fun fact about me: I honestly can’t think of a fun fact, so I will just say something I like about myself; I genuinely love people and want to understand others.

  • Hey my name is Breanne.
    I currently live near Toronto, Ontario.
    I’m a mom of three and work part time as a nurse.
    I lost 50 pounds last year and put it all back on with binge eating. I have been working on my relationship with food and trying to move my body everyday. I’m a person of extremes so I’m trying to do everything in moderation.
    One of my triggers is a messy house. It stresses me out and with three young children it can go from tidy to messy in a matter of minutes! I’m trying to change my mindset and enjoy the time I have with my children while they are young. If it’s messy it probably means they are having lots of fun 😊

Taichelle: yes I do! That’s how I gained most of my weight back - when I went back to work. I have recently cut back on working so I could focus on my health. It’s a struggle for sure.

Hi, my name is Taichelle, I am from Utah. This is my first diet bet so I’m excited to see how it goes. I have always been up and down with my weight after having my three kids but I never have had health issues so I never looked at it as a problem. This past June we did family pictures and I didn’t like what I saw, and I wasn’t in a good place mentally. So I started on the journey that I am currently on with diet and exercise, I’m down 35lbs so far, and have made a goal to be a Nurse with life flight. So here’s to success!!

  • I am LOVING the energy to our group already. People have already begun working on their health and interacting with this group and I couldn't love this more! Since many of you will be weighing in early tomorrow, let me layout our week 1 challenge is!

I’m Heather, 29 years old, mom to 3 boys. I got my heaviest weight about 6 months ago and had 50lbs to loose. I’m down 35lbs now. I plan to hit my goal by eating lower carbs, staying in a calorie deficit, walking more steps then I was, intermittent fasting so I stop eating at a good time (late night eating when they kids go to bed..it hits different but man do you pack on the lbs) and drinking at least 80oz of water a day. so far the 30lbs has come off without too many hurdles. Hoping to keep it up. It’s nice to meet you all
