What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I have been recovering from Covid, so my diet and my exercise fell by the wayside while I was sick. So there are lots of things I could have done better, but I understand that I needed to do what I needed to do to heal my body. It’ll only get better from here.

My goals for this week are to ride my bike three times, stick to my diet, and drink at least 90 ounces of water per day.
