So I don’t think there’s any way I’m going to make my goal for the finish line and I already paid in full. I don’t want this to be a total wash though, so I’m still trying to let this game motivate me and keep exercising regularly (treating this like a gym membership) and still lose some weight. Anyone else in the same boat?

I'm definitely a bit behind each weigh in goal, but I believe there are two rounds at the end with the same weight goal repeated and so we have a catch up month. I believe the final pot is also the largest and so it's worth trying for as well :)

Been struggling massively over Christmas and then miss January I got unexpected double vision and I've had to take time off work while it's being investigated. It definitely inflammation in my brain but they're checking to see if it's a one off or possibly MS. Feeling really demotivated and thinking I'm not going to hit target so unsure if I should withdraw... But also know losing weight will have so many benefits for me! Something to think about tonight.

That happened to my sister and it took years for her to finally be diagnosed with Mystenia Gravis. Hope you get an answer. That’s so frustrating!

Hey guys, I've been diagnosed with PCOS today, which explains my struggles in losing weight!
Has anyone got any advice about trying to lose weight with this condition? Any information gratefully received, I'm currently on a journey to educate myself!

Thoroughly endorse Jason Fung, intermittent fasting, low carb and low sugar. You can check out YouTube lectures by Jason Fung and Eric Westerman. While these are mainly focused on reversing diabetes, the same strategies seem to work for PCOS. Good luck!

I was so good for the oast two weeks and yesterday got so upset and just binged and gained 1kg.

This first week has been something else. The cold weather came in and my overeating decided to kick in to gear 😅. I noticed when I don't have many groceries or options at home I tend to linger to take out. Thats not good for my weight loss or my bank account lol. Big mission today is to go to Costco and farmers market. NO EXCUSES 😁

Planning & prep are key! I'm going to try to have my raw veggies pre-washed and chopped and in baggies so I can grab them and go instead of grabbing a bag of chips.

Okay just put in my weight photos and I am excited to do this! I have done a few kickstart ones but I have gained it all back. I’m trying to make sure I get the LBs off now and keep it off for good.
My first step in this is going to be cutting out sugary drinks ( my fancy coffee and pop). That is my goal for this week. What is everyone’s doing to start?

My goal is more water and less carbs.

I'm drinking lots of water (at least 150 oz) and avoiding treats. I want to set a higher standard for treats that are "worth it" because my goals are more important than most treats. Something that would be worth it for me is a thanksgiving or Christmas homemade favourite food but not a store bought cookie.
