Non-scale victory of the week!

I got up early enough to almost double my hike time every day and did enough meal prep for the week that I felt great about my food choices

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly I went pretty hard this last week and I try to keep what I do balanced but I’m happy with the outcome.

enjoy the challenge and see how it goes it’s made me more mindful of my protein and exercise so I consider it a win regardless tonight I’m going to snuggle my babies and not workout like planned and that’s ok too
