A couple of years ago I had lost 50 lbs. Everything was going great and my weight was steady. Last year, I was given Armour Thyroid and I was undermedicated. In turn, everything went backwards and my levels are out of whack. I need to make it right.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Stopping the stress eating. I was doing good until I quit my job. Eating like crap makes me feel like crap.

I was finally released from back surgery to start working out. My goals are to start back slowly, get back to keto and learn to relax. I need to find a permanent way to take care of me.
