  • That 150 barrier seems impossible…..I want that to change to 4 so much, but have to remember when that barrier was an 8 in 2019, not a 5 and that this is the lowest I have been in 8 years! It will happen slowly but steadily. Wish I had a pedicure lol! Let’s celebrate that 5 only has zeros next to it.

Awesome progress! You’ve got this! Remember the first few weeks of breaking through you will continue to go up and down right around that number but before long the 5 will only be after a 4.

At the beginning of 2018 I just had about 10 kg to reach my dream weight but now i have 30 kg !! To loose and that’s a lot but I commit to reach my goal with patience and loving my body and doing sports. I wish u all the best
