DAILY VS WEEKLY WEIGH-INS
Good morning! My weight over the weekend was below this month's goal, and then this morning it is 0.7 lbs over. I was quite active and am guessing I'm retaining a little water? Today will be a day of no salt and lots of water. And I just chopped up some cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, celery, and tossed in a pot with a can of diced tomatoes and water. Going to fiber these 0.7 lbs away! Lol.
I'm glad I weigh myself daily, because I can tell the trend, and recognize when something is probably just water (like today). But I know some people say weighing in daily is too compulsive and weekly is more healthy. How often do you all weigh yourselves?
