  • Hi folks! I need some good weight loss meal ideas to eat all day the last 7-10 days. Feel free to send me screenshots of your tracker for days you lost a lb or more, especially easy stuff to make, since I’m working 45 hours per week. I’m 53 so it’s more challenging. I need to lose like a pound per day to win the bet. Seems like I’ve been maintaining/gaining a tiny bit so far. Any help us appreciated!

AHHH my weight is going the wrong way! if only this was "Gain it all back bet" but it's not... here is where I went wrong. I know there are certain foods that once I pop the top the eating don't stop... well I stopped buying those foods. My wife started ordering them online and having them delivered! I asked her to keep them hidden, or at least out of sight, because they are meant to be snacks for the kids... she doesn't want me eating them either! Anyway I think if they are just off the counter that will help a ton.

Thanks everyone! If it was up to me there would be no chips, but when I'm at work all day my wife is here with our 4 youngest kids, and one of the kids is picky and won't eat most foods, one of them is allergic to peanuts and one of them is sensitive to gluten. A lot of the times she really try, but sometimes she Likes to have something quick and easy they will all eat and like... even if it's just so she can get 3 minutes of quiet.

The beauty of 2B is the point is to learn what works for your life and what doesn't. Maybe you can identify snacks the kida love but you can pass on? Or maybe you find just the right storage for them. The key is identifying the problem and finding a solution that works fir your life, Life with kids is hard! I have 3, 2 teens and a 10 year old. Its a struggle but we are,figuring it out. You can too!

  • My DietBet goal is the weight I left off at from the last DietBet, that’s a 4% gain! :( it’s crazy how you can gain it in 2 weeks but it can take you a month to lose it. But okay, pity party done here.. I enjoyed my vacation with the kids now I just have to move on and do what I know I can do with the 2B principles. Water first, veggies most and track.

My goal for this game is to post at least once a day here and really use this group as support. I’ve been struggling with my accountability and so many people have been so kind in other groups on here and Facebook to help me, but I wasn’t ready and never kept up. Now my nutrition is getting better and I’ve been tracking consistently, so I think this the next step. I’m excited for this one and I’m going to reach my goal this round!
