    Thank you all so much for the motivation, encouragement, and community! You still have tomorrow till midnight to weigh in and that weigh in can also be used for the next challenge.
    A couple tips— if I’m within 2ish pounds of my goal when it comes to final weigh in I can usually go for a run or have a sauna sweat sess and lose 2 pounds of sweat before weigh-in.
    Just a tip if you’re real close but not quite there!

  • I made it!!! 💪I have to give credit to PerfectAmino by BodyHealth. Before a coach at the gym suggested it, I wasn't very successful at losing fat while keeping muscle. I couldn't get enough protein from food and supplemented with protein powders and bars without realizing how much of it turns into sugar and fat, so I gained muscle and fat. And without sufficient protein, i was losing fat and muscle. Losing muscle was the worst because it led to weight regain very quickly. Most of that regained weight was fat, which slowed my metabolism and made me feel crappier and fatter. With PerfectAminos, I've lost 17.5% of body fat in about 2 months while keeping muscles!     Now I'll have to maintain till the weigh-out. However, I was invited to an Easter celebration over the weekend and really want to go and splurge a little. I know I can reuse the progress weigh-in for 48 hours. I'm thinking of submitting progress weigh-in on Saturday morning and reusing it on Monday for the final weigh-out. Has anyone tried it before?

  • Slenderizing, I got worried, so posted your link and asked for comments on BodyHealth Facebook group. I understand that individual aminos are different from PerfectAminos. I haven't tried any other amino supplements but I remember PerfectAminos were developed by a doctor, which made me trust them.

I am at my goal weight this morning, but am nervous about Easter coming up as my families make a ton of food. Any tips on managing the holiday foods? It’s so hard to not eat it all at those gatherings. 😅😅

Yay! Bring crudités so you have something healthy to much on and share with others. They might go for the higher calorie stuff but then you know there’s something for you. And, take a bite of anything you really want. If you want more, take a plate home and save it for after the weigh in. And keep drinking your water!
