Good morning! I’m focusing on eating less processed garbage and not going to crazy on the workouts. Just 30-40 minutes but placing more emphasis on the food since that’s way more important ✍

Can you post what you are doing? Weight loss is not linear, you might be very near a WHOOSH moment. Are you tracking your food and workout calories? Overeating AND severe undereating can prevent weightloss (starvation mode).
Are you under lots of stress/ lacking sleep? Did you try cutting out salt and drinking about a gallon of water per day to flush out water weight from sodium?
Is it the time of the month when the body naturally goes up a few pounds?
Certain medications can also make weight loss hard.

Thanks guys, for the encouragement! Biking Syl I hope you’re right about the swoosh moment. I do better with workouts than food. My March goal is to actually track my food and stop being lazy about it. I think my problem is I try to restrict too much, which we all know isn’t sustainable and then I go back to my old ways, feel guilty about it and repeat the horrible cycle. You’re so right about everything else but I’m not on medications- just hungry and love food too much :joy:

Not sure I’m gonna make round 1. I’ve done transformers before and barely made round 1 and maybe 2 but never finished. This time, I’ve got my eyes on the end. I’m steadily losing and on pace for the big payout in June, so this is no time to panic. For me, better slow and steady to the end than sprint to the first goal only to fall apart. For anybody else who is struggling to meet round one, just know that it’s usually the smallest payout because the most people will make it. Be the ones who make it to the end!

Omg I was 6 pounds away from the goal and tried really hard this week and lost 3 pounds as of today! I don’t think I’ll make this month’s weigh-in but at least the stupid scale is going in the right direction, thank God🙏🎉😭
