far easier to get up and moving now that I’m not stuffed constantly

I let a bad start to Saturday turn into a whole bad weekend. I could have been good the rest of the day or at least started fresh Sunday

I’m starting a new diet bet today for the month of February. My diet goal for this month is to work on my portion control and on spacing meals out within my eating window.

More water this week. Fewer Mt Dew zeros

I stay within my planned macros but I sometimes make room for a sweet treat. I think that’s keeping me from really hitting ketosis

Ate out twice and still stuck to reasonably low carb

Ate a bit cleaner. I’m very dirty/lazy low carb at the moment and iifym more than true clean keto.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

staying consistent long-term. I’m cautiously optimistic about a 4-week, 4% loss being doable. And then after that, one month at a time.
