What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have lipedema so movement is difficult. I tend to not eat a lot during the day and binge at night.

I plan to drink 80 oz of water at work. I plan on walking for at least 30 minutes 3 times per week. I am going to make an active effort to do a HITT workout 3x this week.
