Non-scale victory of the week!

Adjusting my diet into an anti-inflammatory focused paleo style keto. i have been successful at avoiding cheese, dairy, and other processed foods; and instead have been relying on varied fats. I went to the gym 3 times as well!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

laid things out the night before so I wasn’t stressed and rushed in the morning

I am starting Whole 30 to eliminate processed foods and alcohol from my diet. I hope that eating anti inflammatory foods will also positively affect my back pain. My physical therapist told me that in two weeks I should be able to get back in the gym!
