Me too! I didn’t finish their French fries from our takeout last night! Two hands on my cinnamon spice tea! It wasn’t worth it to me

Whew, it was so hard to stay the course but I was dinner and done tonight! For dinner I ate tofu scramble with red peppers, chickpeas, spinach, and tomatoes and then a ton of roasted broccoli! I had a pineapple spindrift at the end of my meal then I was out of the kitchen!

  • I am 3 months post partum today with my first child and I have gained an extra 40lbs during my pregnancy. I’m looking forward to starting the journey towards better a health and fitness level for myself and my family. I am excited to commit to 2B Mindset, gain accountability and encouragement from this group and to see some results! Anyone else post partum?

  • Hey fellow Bunnies! Hoping for some help with end of the day, after dinner hunger! I feel like I’m eating enough food during the day. I’m satisfied for hours after my meals, usually have either a morning or afternoon snack (either just veggies/protein or a full plate it). Idk if I’m just eating dinner too early? We eat at 5:30-6 with our kids, and I’m usually up until about 10. I am almost always hungry around 8:30 after putting kids to bed! I will do my water first and eat veggies but usually not satisfied until I have some kind of carb like popcorn 😕. Some days when I eat the popcorn are still weight loss days and some are not. So just looking for any tips to help curb that evening hunger? Is it just a habit hunger since I had gotten used to eating after putting the kids to bed?

I struggle with this too. I drink tea at night, sometimes it helps and creates a new habit. Sometimes I crave something sweet so I’ll put some mio flavoring in my water. Try to stay busy so you don’t think about it, but it’s hard. I’ll give in to a little skinny pop, and try to limit it to that.

Thanks everyone! I try to stay busy, but even when I am, I am still feeling the hunger! Going to try to add some extra veggies at dinner and maybe have part of my dinner after kids are in bed! I need to try tea again, too. I just never enjoy it unless I’m sick :joy:.

  • I am so excited, this is my first DietBet!! 😁 My goal is to follow the 2B Mindset to a “T” I have been trying on my own and to be honest, I need the extra accountability. I have ready Ilana’s book and listen to her podcast (which is very motivating, if you haven’t heard it). I have LOTS to lose and I feel like 2B is something I can actually do. Can’t wait to see where I am in 4 weeks

Today I ate:

Breakfast: two eggs scrambled & oatmeal with peanut butter and blueberries

Lunch (I went to a cookout): hamburger patty, mixed fruit, and so many burger toppings as my veggies. I passed on the buns and ice cream bar and kept a water with me at all times

Dinner: Cauliflower rice and veggie crumbles/veggies/bean chili with cucumbers and a small portion of dill dressing and a glass on wine

A gallon of water down too!
