What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to find a way to motivate myself to exercise if i cant do it in the morning. I am a morning person and an outdoors pereon - but if the weather is too awful (i dont swim if the air temp is below 35, or there os a thinderstorm) it becomes really hard for me to get motivated after work.
