I have been able to make running a habit. I hate it but I have hope one day I won't.

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The biggest challenge is life. Handling cravings and emotional eating is very hard for me. My first born son just left to boot camp, my mom was in the hospital, and at the beginning I was sick and on steroids. This diet bet kept me focused and on track.
