True honesty time. I barely made my weight I took purposeful steps to get to this point, and then I see these crazy results- “without exercise or effort”, and it makes me feel awful about my efforts!

It feels like school when you studied so hard for a test did well, and the A plus student next to you bragged about not studying!

Please be aware of other members in the group, we all want your success, but I assume all here are making efforts at their pace!

Might need to mute this for a while if it continues, because it’s a marathon not a sprint.

I have to fight off every pound! I can only eat 1200 calories a day and exercise 4 days a week to barely make the goal. My body fights to keep every pound.

Ahhh yes, nothing like stepping on the scale and seeing it jump up 3 pounds in a day after steady loss. I know it'll go back down, but it's just rude. 😆

Can't weigh yourself everyday. You're supposed to fluctuate. It's just water. But it messes with mindset.

Hahaha! I hate those days when the scale is rude! But you're right... it's temporary and it will come down. Keep your eye on the rolling weekly average to have a better sense if the actual trend and not just daily fluctuations that are more influenced by water retention
