Hi folks!
I’ve decided it’s time to get this Covid weight off! Lol. Anybody relate?!? 😜😜

I KNOW what it takes to slim down, I need to just say no to the desserts and cocktails and move my body a little bit more. Otherwise, I eat very healthy foods, we cook at home, we actually love our veggies and plant proteins……

Hoping these couple small tweaks are enough to get me on track!!
