Hello all 👋 it’s been a little bit quiet in here. How’s everyone doing? Tell me a mini goal and something that has felt great on your journey recently. I’ll go first!

Goal - I’d like to be more consistent with exercising, specifically more lower body stuff. I want strong lean legs and a cute lifted butt! lol 😆

Recent win - blueberries and strawberries are DELICIOUS at the moment now they’re in season so I’ve been loving them as part of my breakfast every day.

great questions! goal - was awol for 3 months and did not make healthy choices resulting in a gain during that time when I should have been losing. I want to qualify to remain in the game and meet my final goal by making healthy choices: walking, portion control.
recent win - qualified for round 6 in my Transformer that ends 6/30 and on track to qualify for my second transformer where round 6 starts on 6/11. I can't afford to lose my payouts, nor can I afford to make foolish choices with my health.

Goal- reach the 160s in the next month (5lbs away). I'm going to really focus in my nutrition and water intake to make it happen :)
Recent win- even though my WL has stalled in the past month, I tried on se old pants and they fit!! Wasn't expecting it :tada:

I’ve been working out 2x/ per day for a month now and am finally starting to really enjoy the workouts haha. It doesn’t feel like a chore anymore , just had to get past the first hump !

I haven’t made any rounds, but I’ve lost 12lbs. We just got back from seeing Hamilton in NYC and I’m not throwing away my shot! I’m young scrappy and hungry and Inspired to hit the next round.

I'm feeling down this morning. Doesn't seem that I will ever make Round 1 again. I ended up binging on snacks and sweets over the weekend. Self sabotage. I also had to stop going to the gym due to a rotator cuff problem in left shoulder. Have appointment with Physical therapist this morning.
Making a healthy smoothie for breakfast. Need to get past some mental hurdles. Trying not to beat myself up, but definitely feel sad
