Long-term goal weight

150 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have developed an eating disorder (BED) which has contributed to an unhealthy relationship with food. It has become my emotional crutch that I lean on heavily and frequently. I'm in to the process of working through the emotional contributors and now am working on the physical. Sometimes it feels impossible but I try not to focus on that. I need to make changes for my health and well being and that's what I'm focused on.
