I won the last diet but I was in a week and a half ago and still motivated to do another. I definitely fell off the wagon and ate some things I shouldn't have but I'm still focused to lose more weight and get back after it.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have milk prepped better and definitely could have eaten better.
