I just realized the final weight in day I will be out of town .. have any of you bring a scale to a plane … I can just see the face of security looking at the scale .. not sure what to do

Hi all. First DietBet here. Listened to the zoom call and Ilana’s main tip of tracking food. I have tried this in the past using WW app and MyFitnessPal. My problem is that it takes forever to find and log the foods. For example, for breakfast today-I had a piece of avocado toast with spinach and an egg and Greek yogurt with fruit and chia seeds and a coffee with protein powder and almond milk. It would take me forever to search for and add these individually and I get annoyed. Tips from anyone who tracks on an easier way to do this so that I keep up with it? Thanks

Agreed with others, MFP honestly doesn’t take that long. Do it AS YOU GOA THROUGH out the day vs doing it all at end ( because you’ll likely forget that bite of whatever too) and it takes me less than 5 mins to log food each time and you can save your meals. How committed are you on your goals? Don’t let excuses trip you up! Just do it!

  • Can’t get enough of these Fro-woahs. So satisfying. Check Ilana’s instagram for many different flavors. This is chocolate with almond extract. I also added some homemade pb choco chip balls on top and of course sprinkles to make it fun.
    Also, had a salad and chicken for lunch, plus half of a Kodiak protein waffle.

How do you get the right consistency?

The xanthem gum is what does the trick. You need 1/4-1/2 tsp. I blend it for white a while to get it nice and fluffy. Sometimes I add more water or powder to get it fluffy.

  • Found these at Target today! Super excited to try them! Ilana always posts about them on IG. I think they count as an FFC but I’ll have to check the label. I was too excited and just threw them in my cart! Either way, healthier mac n cheese for my kiddo at least! Hope it’s good!

I just tried the shella good and best name because it was!! I don’t think they count as an FFC though because for that don’t the cals need to be 150 or less. Had enough protein and fiber to be but too many cals right? I ate it cuz my tummy was upset and only thing that sounded good tonight.
