Non-scale victory of the week!

A coworker asked me to tell her what I have been doing because she could tell i have lost weight! I also fit into an old dress!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My nutrition was on point! My stomach was constipated for almost 2 weeks but I got past that over the weekend!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I struggle on the weekends with not eating enough and then snacking in the evenings. To do better with late night snacking, I am brushing my teeth right after dinner!
