I’m able to drink the water! I quit the popcorn. It is a trigger for me. Measuring some things.
Exercise 6/7 days 1 hour at gym. Then sprained my ankle. Stayed exercising Monday and Tuesday on stationary bike. Stopped and just road horses Wednesday , going to the Doc to X-ray ankle today.

Not eat at night just go to bed.
